Heritage Open Days 2022 Celebrates ‘Astounding Inventions!’ (9th – 18th September)
We're delighted to be taking part in England's largest celebration of history and culture again this year. The festival brings people together to celebrate their heritage, community and history, and offers the perfect opportunity to see hidden places and try out new experiences!

What’s On?
We’re offering a wide variety of creative workshops, exhibitions and displays, plus guided tours of our historic library and heritage site to celebrate the festival this year.
A selection of events also reflect England’s rich history of invention, industry and innovation, and align with the Heritage Open Days 2022 theme of Astounding Inventions!
