Heritage Open Days 2023 Celebrates ‘Creativity Unwrapped!’ (8th – 17th September)
We're delighted to be taking part in England's largest celebration of history and culture again this year. The festival brings people together to celebrate their heritage, community and history, and offers the perfect opportunity to see hidden places and try out new experiences!
What’s On?
We’re offering a wide variety of creative workshops, displays, and guided tours of our historic library and heritage site to celebrate the festival this year.
Our 2023 events programme includes:
Book display | “Looking between the Lines: Marginalia in the DEI Collections” | |
A small exhibition focusing on the notes, letters, doodles, or “marginalia” that appear in some of the historic volumes in our collections. | ||
