Join our unique community of readers and writers with a fully-funded membership sponsored by Exeter City of Literature!
We are excited to be offering 10 fully-funded memberships of the DEI, thanks to the support of the literary powerhouse that is Exeter UNESCO City of Literature.
The aim of this scheme is to nurture Devon’s writers through access to the DEI’s supportive community and inspiring work environment. To be eligible, you must live in Devon, be between 25-45 years old, and live in a low-income household and/or receive benefits.
Membership will be for one full year starting from April 2025, and grants you full DEI member benefits, details of which can be found here. Additionally, the Sponsored Members will be encouraged to develop as a self-organising group that meets monthly at the DEI and sets its own agenda for peer-to-peer support.
